• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active State Bar membership in good standing.
• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience, ideally medical negligence or nursing home matters.
• Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage a significant caseload.
• Exceptional client communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A driven, compassionate attorney motivated by meaningful work.

Responsibilities

• Handle medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and wrongful death cases from intake through trial.
• Utilize technology to manage cases effectively.
