Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Personal Injury Attorney to join its Atlanta, GA practice. The attorney will handle a heavy, complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial, guiding clients through every phase of the case.

The role demands strong litigation and advocacy skills, a proven track record in personal injury cases, and the ability to manage high-volume dockets while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active GA State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years of personal injury experience, preferably in medical malpractice and/or nursing home matters.
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum.
