Tue- Friday 11am-6 pm and Saturday 9-5

About the Nursing Home Admissions Coordinator/ Concierge Role

As a Nursing Home Concierge, you will serve as the first point of contact for our residents, families, and staff, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the care process. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will guide you in addressing residents’ needs, providing emotional support, and connecting them with resources and services. You will also maintain accurate records. You will be assisting the admissions department and working with the team to ensure patient satisfaction.

Nursing Home Admissions Coordinator/ Concierge Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families, and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional, patient, and empathetic manner
• Coordinate and facilitate resident activities, events, and services, including scheduling and arranging transportation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, adhering to facility policies and protocols

Nursing Home Admissions Coordinator/ Concierge Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; *CNA Certification a Plus (not required but highly desirable)

• Spanish speaking a plus

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Must have experience in healthcare setting, dealing with patient experience.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills
