Waynesburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dynamic Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory expertise to ensure high-quality resident care.

The position entails overseeing operations, coordinating diverse teams, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and acting as the liaison with residents and families. A BS degree and LNHA licensure are required; MBA/MHA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• State licensure as LNHA.
• Master’s in Health Administration (MHA) or MBA in healthcare management preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the facility and align with long-term goals.
• Coordinate and lead clinical, managerial, and custodial teams.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to follow residents’ care plans.
• Create and maintain the facility budget; oversee billing and fees.
• Serve as the face of the organization to staff, residents, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility and keep the organization on track for its long-term goals and mission.
• Coordinate and provide leadership to each clinical, managerial, and custodial team, ensuring they work together effectively.
• Ensure the facility operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure residents’ individual care plans are followed.
• Create and maintain a budget.
• Oversee billing and set fees.
• Act as the ‘face’ of the organization to the public and residents’ families, serving as a liaison between staff, residents, and families.

Requirements:
