Salary: $135,000–$137,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced and driven Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead operations in the Warsaw, IN and surrounding areas. This opportunity is ideal for a results-oriented leader who is passionate about regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and delivering high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing setting.

Position Overview

As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining exceptional standards of resident care. You will provide leadership across clinical, financial, and operational departments while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage facility operations and business functions.

• Strong knowledge of SNF operations, survey processes, reimbursement, and quality metrics.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $135,000–$137,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
