Wyomissing Health and Rehabilitation Center in Reading, PA, is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to oversee daily operations of a 103-bed facility, ensure exceptional resident care, and uphold regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will lead nursing staff, implement policies, manage budgets, and coordinate with hospitals and providers to ensure seamless transitions and high-quality outcomes; LNHA certification and a minimum of 3 years' experience required.

Qualifications

• LNHA certification required in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in nursing home administration or related role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility, including administrative, clinical, and support services.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage and lead a team of nursing staff, including supervising and mentoring staff members.
• Coordinate with hospitals and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and exceptional care.
• Monitor and improve quality of care, patient satisfaction, and staff performance.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring fiscally responsible decision-making.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and the community.
