Complete Care Management in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee daily operations and provide leadership to the facility. This role requires a current PA Nursing Home Administrator license and nursing home administration experience.

You will lead department heads, monitor quality, staffing, census and financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain quality care.

Qualifications

Current PA Nursing Home Administrator License required.
Nursing home administration experience required.
Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred.
