Job summary

St. Peters Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking an Executive Director (LNHA)/Nursing Home Administrator to lead all facets of the skilled nursing facility.

This full-time exempt role focuses on strategic operations, regulatory compliance, and resident-centered care. The successful candidate will oversee clinical, financial, and administrative functions, drive quality initiatives, and promote a culture of excellence within a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Current LNHA license in Missouri.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of facility operations, including clinical, financial, and administrative functions.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
• Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and resident-centered care.
• Implement company policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Drive census growth, customer satisfaction, and community engagement.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to department heads and interdisciplinary teams.

LNHA / Nursing Home Administrator Position Overview:

The Executive Director / Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for overall facility operations, including strategic planning, regulatory compliance, financial performance, staff leadership, and resident satisfaction.
