Job summary

Senior Suites in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma is seeking a qualified nursing home administrator to oversee all aspects of the community and lead multiple departments. The Administrator must hold a current Nursing Home Administrators License and have 2-5 years of experience managing a skilled nursing facility.

Relocation to the Tulsa area is preferred, and the Administrator will be responsible for occupancy, financial outcomes, and ensuring exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

• Must have current Nursing Home Administrators License
• 2-5 years’ experience in managing a skilled nursing
• Concise and accurate verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of making mature, professional judgments

Responsibilities

• Implement and interpret policies affecting all community activities and personnel.
• Direct department head teams to ensure proper implementation of policies and objectives.
• Maintain occupancy and be responsible for financial outcomes.
• Supervise maintenance and protection for all physical assets of the community.
• Build relationships inside and outside of the facility.
• Perform many other duties throughout the facility
