Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care or business administration preferred.
• Must hold Pennsylvania Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a nursing facility/long-term care.
• Experience in high-volume admissions and with ACOs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct facility programs.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures governing facility operation.
• Assist in performance evaluations and staff development.
• Coordinate staffing and improve service quality.
• Represent facility in top-level meetings.
• Ensure HIPAA confidentiality and proper release of information.
• Ensure accurate public information about services.
• Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines.
