Qualifications

• Must hold a current Nursing Home Administrator license from the state.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations and survey processes.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience with budgeting, payroll, and revenue management.
• Commitment to resident-centered care and compassionate service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations in line with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Recruit, orient, train, and retain staff; foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
• Manage admissions, billing, receivables, payables, payroll, and financials.
• Lead community relations and marketing efforts to promote services.
