Qualifications

• State Activity Director certification (required)
• Creativity and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Document Activity Programs: maintain detailed records of activity programs and resident participation.
• Conduct Resident Assessments: perform resident activity histories and assessments according to standards.
• Coordinate Communication: publish and distribute a monthly calendar and newsletters.
• Build Volunteer Engagement: develop and maintain a volunteer program to support activities.
