Qualifications

• At least 5 years in healthcare management, with 3 years in a leadership role within long-term care.
• Valid Nursing Home Administrator license.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all operations of the nursing home, including clinical, administrative, and facility management.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, caregivers, and administrative staff.
