Qualifications

• Licensed according to state regulations

• Working knowledge of government regulations impacting Nursing Centers

Responsibilities

• Monitor nursing center financial reports and implement corrective action as required.
• Lead, guide and direct the nursing center department heads who are direct reports.
• Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensure favorable public relations.
• Create an environment where employees are highly engaged, abide by our core values, and are focused on providing the highest level of care and compassion to patients/residents.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.
