Atrium Centers is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead a facility focused on compassionate, quality care in the local community.

Competenze

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (state)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years managing a healthcare or long-term care facility
• Proven experience in operations management within healthcare
• Strong supervisory and performance management skills
• Knowledge of resident rights, care plans, and nursing home regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Mansioni

• Oversee all facility operations and ensure regulatory compliance
• Supervise nursing staff and support personnel to maintain high standards of care
• Ensure facility compliance at federal and state levels, including routine inspections
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans with healthcare professionals
