Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Working knowledge of federal and state laws.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
• Strong leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility operations including finances, clinical, resident satisfaction, and staff relations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate medical records.
• Develop short-term and long-term strategic plans and budgets.
• Manage recruitment, retention, and staff development programs.
• Interview, hire, and orient direct reports; monitor productivity.
• Oversee P&L analysis and financial reporting.
• Maintain billing, auditing, and compliance with approved guidelines.
