The Lodge at Red Rocks is offering an Administrator in Training (AIT) program designed to develop the next generation of Nursing Home Administrators. You will participate in hands-on, real-world leadership training across skilled nursing operations, regulatory compliance, and resident-centered care.
You’ll learn directly from an experienced NHA and facility leaders who are passionate about developing future administrators.
We're searching for a future leader who is ready to roll up their sleeves, learn every aspect of skilled nursing operations, and develop into an exceptional Nursing Home Administrator.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and/or
At least two years of full-time work experience in a healthcare facility in a supervisory position
Two years of full-time work experience in any department of a:
At least 60 semester units (or 90 quarter units) of college or university coursework
You'll train directly with an NHA who has built a reputation for excellence.
