Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Current license as required by state law.
• Effective communication skills to interact with residents, families, staff, physicians and regulators.
• Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal guidelines and regulations.
• Maintain neat, well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Dependability and reliability.
• Minimum of two years experience in the healthcare field.
• State certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the Compliance Officer for the facility.
• Ensures Center compliance with Federal, State and company regulations and policies.
• Ensures that all practices and policies are carried out ethically.
• Ensures Standard of Care and service provided is of the highest quality.
• Oversees completion of forms and reports including licensure and financial reports.
• Reviews and signs accounting records, incident/accident reports and resident funds reconciliation.
• Provides facility data responsive to the Company’s needs.
• Other duties may be assigned at any time.
