Whitesboro Wellness & Rehabilitation seeks an Administrator to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead department managers to deliver high-quality clinical services aligned with business plans.

The role requires a nursing home administration background, strong communication, and knowledge of state and federal guidelines; leadership experience is essential to maintain premier resident care and financial productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred; current state license required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the Compliance Officer for the facility.
• Ensures Center compliance with all Federal, State and company regulations and policies.
• Ensures that all practices and policies are carried out in the highest ethical manner.
• Ensures that all Standard of Care and service provided is of the highest quality.
• Oversees completion of forms, reports, etc. including State licensure reports, monthly financial reports, Public Health or Department of Labor surveys, plans of correction, responses to corporate requests, replies to patients' council, and others as needed
• Reviews and signs accounting records, incident/accident reports, resident funds reconciliation, and resident funds approval; Provides facility related data/information responsive to The Company needs
