Williamsburg Post Acute and Rehabilitation in Williamsburg, VA is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing community with a focus on quality resident care and team development.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor department leaders, and foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and exceptional service for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia LNHA license required.
• Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care setting.
• Strong understanding of federal and Virginia healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

Williamsburg Post Acute and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing community.

What You’ll Do
