Williamsburg Post Acute and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing community. You will provide executive leadership, drive clinical and operational excellence, and foster a culture of accountability and support.

The role requires a Virginia LNHA license, proven leadership in long-term care, and the ability to develop high-performing teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia LNHA license required.
• Leadership experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care.
• Strong understanding of federal and Virginia healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional resident care and positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Lead, develop, and support department leaders and team members.
• Promote a culture centered around quality care, teamwork, accountability, and resident satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
• Partner with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of resident care and quality outcomes.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and overall facility performance.
• Support employee recruitment, retention, engagement, and professional development.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, employees, healthcare partners, and the surrounding community.
• Lead with visibility, professionalism, integrity, and a hands-on approach.
