Role Description

The Nursing Home Administrator is a full-time, on-site role located in Wetumpka, Alabama. This position oversees daily operations of the nursing facility, including staffing, budgeting, resident services, and compliance with state and federal regulations. The Administrator collaborates with clinical and support teams to maintain high standards of care, resident safety, and customer service. Responsibilities include managing facility policies, monitoring quality metrics, addressing resident and family concerns, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
