What you bring:
What we're looking for:
Current Utah State NHA license in good standing
At least 1 year of experience successfully leading a skilled nursing facility (preferred)
Strong financial acumen and attention to detail
A compassionate, people-focused approach to leadership
Bachelor's Degree (Healthcare Administration preferred)
