• Build, inspire, and lead your team across clinical, support, and operations departments

• Serve as the face of the facility-fostering strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and the community

• Ensure clinical teams are aligned with residents' personalized care plans

What you bring:

• What we're looking for:

  • Current Utah State NHA license in good standing

  • At least 1 year of experience successfully leading a skilled nursing facility (preferred)

  • Strong financial acumen and attention to detail

  • A compassionate, people-focused approach to leadership

  • Bachelor's Degree (Healthcare Administration preferred)
