Job summary

Advanced Health Care is seeking a Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator to lead daily operations of our Kansas facility, ensuring compliance, quality care, and financial performance. You will steer financial operations, human resources, business development, and patient satisfaction while upholding 5-star service standards and regulatory compliance.

AHC supports relocation if needed and values strong leadership and talent development.

Qualifications

• Must have current NHA license from Kansas, or have the ability to obtain a license upon hire or transfer to Kansas.
• Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of administration experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
• Prior leadership experience is preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness and ability to relocate if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the SNF in accordance with standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Provide strategic direction in financial operations, human resources, business development, facility management, and patient satisfaction.

The Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Administrator directs the day-to-day operations of an AHC facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Through strong leadership, organization, and management skills, the SNF Administrator provides strategic direction in key business areas including financial operations, human resources, business development, facility management, and patient satisfaction. The SNF Administrator ensures that 5-star service standards are met, that each patient receives high-quality care, and that financial goals of the organization are achieved.
