Job summary

Greenway Health & Rehabilitation Center in Grand Bay, Alabama, is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our facility and team. This role requires ownership mindset to drive clinical and operational success and to elevate resident care.

The NHA will build and develop an engaged leadership team, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster strong community partnerships while delivering exceptional outcomes and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Alabama Nursing Home Administrator license or eligibility.
• Experience leading skilled nursing or long-term care facilities.
• Strong operational and financial management skills.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain leadership teams.
• Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Hands-on leadership style with accountability and drive to execute.

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our team in Grand Bay, Alabama.

What You'll Lead

As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will have overall responsibility for the success of the center, including:

What We're Looking For

• Current Alabama Nursing Home Administrator license or eligibility for Alabama licensure

• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care leadership experience

• Strong operational and financial acumen

• Proven ability to build and develop teams

• Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A hands-on leadership style with a high level of accountability

• A leader who sees challenges as opportunities and knows how to execute
