Champion Care in Green Bay, WI is launching an Administrator in Training (AIT) Executive Leadership Development Program. This multi-facility role trains across northeastern and northern Wisconsin facilities, offering hands-on operations, financial oversight, and team leadership to prepare for a permanent NHA role.

You will rotate through Green Bay-area sites and travel across the region, with eventual relocation to Wisconsin for permanent opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, finance, accounting, operations management, or related discipline preferred.
• MBA, MHA, or other relevant master's degree highly desirable.
• Experience as a business operator, general manager, department leader, multi-unit manager, entrepreneur, or healthcare leader preferred.
• Ability to lead teams, interpret financial and operating results, solve problems, and take accountability for outcomes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, sound judgment, and genuine commitment to employees and resident care.

Responsabilidades

• Read P&L statements, analyze budgets and KPIs, understand reimbursement and payer mix, and make informed operating decisions.
• Evaluate staffing, scheduling, overtime, agency utilization, labor productivity, recruitment, and retention.
• Coach department leaders, build engaged teams, create accountability, manage performance, and develop a positive workplace culture.
• Learn skilled nursing facility operations, resident experience, quality assurance, survey readiness, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with clinical leaders.
• Understand admissions, census, occupancy, referral development, and practical business improvement initiatives.
