Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited BSN or ADN program with clinical coursework completed.
• Current BLS-HCP certification or obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Unlicensed graduates eligible to start under RN supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care under RN supervision and direct line-of-sight.
• Respond to call lights, monitor vitals, document I/O and vitals.
• Provide patient/family education related to care and medications.
• Participate in medication administration with supervision and dual sign-off.
• Assist with transfers, admissions and discharges as directed.
