Job summary

Front Range Community College is seeking a 9-month, full-time Nursing Faculty member at the Westminster Campus to teach a full course load across theory, laboratory and clinical settings.

Faculty are expected to provide instructional leadership, hire and mentor part-time instructors, develop curricula, schedule classes, and participate in program reviews and accreditation processes while focusing on student retention and success.

Qualifications

• Graduate nursing degree required.
• Two years of full-time, or equivalent, professional nursing clinical experience within the last 5 years.
• Current unencumbered RN license in Colorado or a Compact State.

Responsibilities

• Teach a full course load in Nursing across theory, laboratory and clinical settings.
• Assume instructional leadership roles: hire/mentor part-time instructors, implement new teaching technologies, develop curriculum, schedule classes, advise and coach students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop an innovative curriculum and support student retention and success.
