Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Two years of full-time (or equivalent) clinical nursing experience in the last 5 years.
• Current unencumbered RN license in Colorado or a Compact State.
• CTE credential or ability to obtain within one year.

Responsibilities

• Teach a full course load in Nursing including theory, laboratory and clinical settings.
• Assume instructional leadership roles, mentoring part-time instructors.
• Develop innovative curriculum to meet diverse student needs.
• Utilize technology and effective teaching strategies to develop critical thinking.
• May teach at different times, locations and modalities; strong on-campus presence required.
