West Coast University is seeking a Nursing Faculty member to guide nursing students and advance clinical teaching within our student-centered, innovative community.

You will mentor, demonstrate enthusiasm for teaching, and contribute to course assessment, curriculum development and scholarly activity while leveraging Simulation and Innovation Labs to enrich learning outcomes for future healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• RN with minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in the relevant field.
• Master’s degree in nursing and active nursing licensure.
• Knowledge of state regulations and compliance related to programs.

Responsabilités

• Serve as mentor and facilitator providing academic support for students.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for teaching and for the teaching/learning process.
• Apply your skills to your assigned teaching schedule and coursework.
• Participate in assessment activities of courses/curriculum and continuous improvement.
