Job summary

West Coast University is seeking an experienced Nursing Instructor to lead the nursing program, mentor clinical faculty, and drive student success in a blended learning environment.

You will oversee faculty hiring, onboarding, evaluation, and ongoing support, while guiding curriculum development and coordinating clinical facilities to ensure high standards of education and compliance with BRN and accreditation bodies.

Qualifications

• Teaching nursing courses with didactic and/or clinical experience.
• Experience with administration/management in academic settings.
• Knowledge of BRN, WASC or nursing accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support for clinical faculty; mentor and support team leads in clinical settings.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, evaluation, and ongoing support for clinical faculty.
• Coordinate curriculum development and assignments using blended instruction (face-to-face + online).
• Resolve conflicts/problems with faculty in clinical settings in collaboration with clinical team.
