Job summary

• Teaching Performance: Plans and delivers instruction to maximize student learning and engagement, using effective strategies.
• Evaluation of Student Learning: Develops and applies assessment methods to measure progress and ensure outcomes.
• Support of College Policies: Adheres to policies, fulfills duties per employment terms, maintains accessibility to students and colleagues.
• Curriculum and Materials: Prepares syllabi and outlines; participates in curriculum development and revisions.
• Program and College Involvement: Serves on committees and participates in activities supporting college goals.
• Other duties: Fulfills additional duties as assigned.
