Job summary

Arizona College of Nursing is seeking a Core Nursing Faculty member to provide instruction and promote student achievement. You will teach didactic and clinical courses, lead simulation learning, and contribute to curriculum development in a collaborative campus environment.

The role requires a graduate degree, RN licensure, and teaching experience or certification as CN Educator; a commitment to professional development and student mentoring is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required; nursing degree preferred or related graduate discipline.
• Minimum three years of professionalRN experience in clinical settings.
• Prior teaching experience in nursing is preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the teaching location.
• CN Educator certification and national nursing certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach core nursing courses and supervise didactic and clinical learning.
• Engage in curriculum design, evaluation, and program assessment activities.
• Lead simulation experiences and oversee clinical adjuncts and grading.
• Mentor faculty, adjuncts, and students; support student success plans.
