• Facilitates learning and learner development; using assessment and evaluation strategies; engaging in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation; evaluating program outcomes.
• Designs and implements program assessments to promote continuous quality improvement of all aspects of the program.
• Participates in professional development activities that increase socialization to and effectiveness of the faculty role.
• Maintains professional practice knowledge to help students prepare for contemporary nursing practice.
