You will collaborate with students and colleagues, uphold regulatory standards, participate in program evaluation, and contribute to a mission of compassionate, evidence-based nursing education within a nationally recognized institution.

Qualifications

• Active, current, unencumbered RN licensure in the applicable state.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required; BSN may be considered depending on campus needs.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Implements diverse teaching strategies to meet learner needs and outcomes.
• Helps students develop as nurses and adopt professional values and behaviors.
• Assesses and evaluates student learning in classroom, lab, and clinical settings.

• Designs program assessments for quality improvement.
• Engages in professional development and scholarly activities.
• Maintains current nursing knowledge to prepare students for practice.
