Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia or a compact state.

• Minimum two years of full-time nursing experience; teaching/precepting valued.

Responsibilities

• Plan, teach, and evaluate ADN, PN, and nurse aide students in clinical, lab, and simulation.
• Develop and implement simulated activities; provide course content and orientation.
• Coordinate clinical rotations and ensure a positive instructional environment.
• Maintain alignment with program philosophy, policies, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with clinical partners and assist with student assessment and progression.
