Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher required.
• Experience teaching nursing in classroom, lab, simulation, or clinical settings.
• Experience with student assessment and learning outcomes evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver nursing lectures and clinical teaching.
• Assess student performance through exams, assignments, projects, and clinical evaluations.
• Provide advising, remediation, and academic support to students.
• Ensure curriculum alignment with accreditation standards and program outcomes.
• Maintain documentation of attendance, grades, and course materials.
