The role partners with the Director of Nursing to develop syllabi, use simulation and Canvas LMS, and promote clinical competency and professional practice among students.

Qualifications

• MS in Nursing is required for non-tenure track.
• Doctorate in Nursing or a related field required for tenure track.
• Unencumbered RN license in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Teach on-ground BSN courses (24-26 credit hours) incl. lecturing, skills lab, and practicum.
• Develop and revise syllabi, lesson plans, and course materials.
• Use simulation, learning tools, and Canvas LMS to support learning.
• Advise students and participate in program and policy development.
• Ensure alignment with outcomes and accreditation standards.
• Support vaccine administration and community health initiatives as needed.
