Brightpoint Community College invites applications for a full-time, 9-month Nursing Faculty position. The college seeks candidates to teach Nursing Assistant (NA), Practical Nursing (LPN), and Registered Nursing (RN) across face-to-face, hybrid, and online formats.

The role includes teaching 15 credit hours per semester, clinical supervision, curriculum development, student advising, and active participation in college committees and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s underway.
• Experience teaching at the college level preferred.
• Ability to teach in day, evening, weekend, hybrid, and online formats.

Responsibilities

• Teach the equivalent of 15 credit hours per semester.
• Provide clinical supervision and advise students.
• Contribute to course and curriculum development.
• Participate in program development, assessment, and college committees.
