Qualifications

• Requires a current Nebraska Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Associate degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing or related area and five years related management/administrative experience required; bachelor degree preferred.
• Extensive knowledge and management/leadership experience in nursing facilities, governmental licensure regulations, and Medicaid/Medicare procedures.
• Demonstrated history of working cooperatively with residents, families, staff and physicians; strong organization and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the administrator of the licensed nursing facility.
• Lead organization, direction and provision of all programs within the facility including quality and financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to oversee clinical practice and create an environment for interdisciplinary care.
• Supervise MDS nurses, case managers, and recreation staff with COO/CNO alignment.
• Develop relationships with referral sources to maximize facility census and ensure compliance with standards.
