Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking a full-time nursing administrator at The Woodlands Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Spring, TX. The role supports the Director of Nurses in planning, organizing, and directing daily nursing operations to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an RN program at an accredited institution.
• Must possess a current Texas RN licensure.
• 3+ years of experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• RUG certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DON in planning, directing and evaluating nursing services.
• Coordinate with residents' services to ensure continuous care per regulations.
• Communicate with attending physicians and families about resident care.
• Assist in staffing needs and recruitment for nursing service personnel.
• Develop work assignments and supervise staff to ensure care needs are met.
• Participate in quality assurance and on-call nursing schedule.
