Qualifications
- Established record of progressive administration and leadership responsibility in a comprehensive tertiary health care facility.
- Master’s degree in Nursing or related field required; active RN license in the practicing state.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with experience in workforce planning and budget management.
Responsibilities
- Provides leadership and coaching to managers and staff, ensuring competency and performance improvement across nursing services.
- Leads development of clinical standards, governance, and nursing care delivery aligned with ANA codes and organizational goals.
- Collaborates with Nursing Directors to monitor indicators and implement improvements.
