Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field or enrollment in Master's program required.
- 5+ years of supervisory nursing experience required.
- 5+ years of direct leadership in hospital or patient care environment required.
Responsibilities
- Assist CNO in formulating policies and procedures to maintain standards and regulatory compliance.
- Perform regular rounds to enhance communication, align objectives, and improve patient experience.
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to measure and improve care quality.
- Ensure follow-up to patient complaints and incidents and address system problems to prevent recurrence.
- Promote a positive patient interactions and support staff development and recruitment.
