Qualifications
- Master's prepared RN with leadership in quality improvement and HRO experience.
- RN license in good standing and eligible for licensure in the relevant state.
- English proficiency as required for VA direct patient care roles.
Responsibilities
- Lead Nursing Excellence and HRO initiatives across the facility.
- Align nursing practice models with ANCC/Pathway to Excellence and Magnet standards.
- Foster governance, professional development, and evidence-based practice.
- Coordinate quality and safety programs with data collection and analysis.
