Job summary

Qualifications

• English proficiency required for direct patient care as per 38 U.S.C. 7403(f).
• Graduate of an nursing program approved by an accrediting body (ACEN or CCNE).
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN licensure in a U.S. state or territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead Nursing Excellence and HRO program coordination across the facility.
• Foster professional practice environments and nursing governance aligned with VA standards.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve safety and quality of care.
