Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, design, oversee, and execute the High Reliability Organization program within the facility.
• Serve as facility expert and consultant on HRO topics to improve safety culture.
• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate HRO activities and culture change initiatives.
