Job summary

Grady Health System is seeking a Nursing Excellence Manager to oversee a comprehensive nursing program ensuring accreditation by ACEN/CCNE. Responsibilities include curriculum design, faculty performance, and outcomes assessment with a focus on Magnet/Pathway to Excellence accreditation efforts.

You will coordinate accreditation timelines, collaborate with leadership, and advance innovative care models while ensuring compliance, reporting, and quality improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Registered Nurse licensed in Georgia (GA).
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing program to meet ACEN/CCNE accreditation standards.
• Manage curriculum development, faculty performance and student outcomes assessment.
• Coordinate accreditation processes and prepare self-study reports.
• Identify, pilot and implement new technologies and care models.
• Lead grant writing, funding proposals and reporting for projects.
• Collaborate with directors, finance and staff to gather information for proposals.
• Provide training on accreditation requirements and standards.
• Serve as main liaison with accrediting bodies.
• Develop quality assurance systems aligned with accreditation standards.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure ongoing adherence to standards.
• Maintain records of accreditation documents and communications.
• Stay updated on changes in accreditation criteria and regulatory standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
