Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a seasoned educator to lead the assessment, design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based training programs for licensed and non-licensed nursing staff. You will drive workforce readiness, quality improvement, and career advancement in alignment with our goals.

The role focuses on onboarding, competency validation, and transitions from student to staff across long-term care facilities, with mentorship for campus leaders and ongoing professional

Qualifications

Experience designing and delivering evidence-based education for licensed and non-licensed nursing staff.
Ability to align education initiatives with regulatory standards and organizational goals.
Experience tracking outcomes and ROI of training programs.

Responsibilities

Leads development and improvement of educational programs for licensed nurses and non-licensed caregivers.
Ensures programs are evidence-based, compliant, and aligned with workforce priorities and quality goals.
Monitors outcomes and learner engagement to drive continuous improvement and ROI.
