Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Nursing Education Specialist to influence and lead the assessment, design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based professional development programs for licensed and non-licensed nursing staff. The role drives workforce readiness, quality improvement, and career advancement aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a foundation in nursing education principles.
• Experience developing and delivering evidence-based training for licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Strong ability to align programs with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and improvement of educational programs for licensed nurses and non-licensed caregivers.
• Ensures initiatives are evidence-based, regulatory compliant, and aligned with standards and quality goals.
• Monitors outcomes and ROI to inform ongoing improvements and onboarding effectiveness.
• Delivers instructor-led training sessions in-person and virtually (CNA, QMA, CPR/First Aid, Phlebotomy).
• Provides guidance to campus leaders for onboarding and refresher education for licensed and non-licensed staff.
