Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Implements the College’s philosophy, curriculum, program outcomes, and course objectives through clinical teaching.
• Plans clinical experiences and provides direct supervision and evaluation of nursing students.
• Maintains current knowledge of agency/clinical policies and expectations.
• Develops and posts written clinical assignments aligned with student learning needs.
• Corrects and returns homework, quizzes, tests, and clinical paperwork promptly.
• Contributes to ongoing program development, implementation, and evaluation.
• May teach didactic content under supervision.
• Reports to dean, assistant dean, or course coordinator.
